We reserve the right to refuse shipments in the event that payment is not received. All payments may be made via Pay-Pal. In the event that we have a flaw in our system and stocking issues arise due to human error or processing deficiency, we also reserve the right to correct the situation to the best of our ability.
Special Orders: If specifications of an item is not clear, please do not wait until the order is placed. Email or call us for clarification prior to placement of an order for an item that is reorderable. We do not have any problem with exchanges for sizes on special orders, however they are final sale.
We allow for exchanges and returns within 14 days, however Clearance Items are final sale.
Seasonal items may fall in to that category as well.
Special Occasions outfits, i.e. Christening/Baptism/Flower Girls, are also Final Sale.
Shipping window: Generally for an existing item that is listed and in stock, orders will be processed 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery timeframe would be as follows: 5-7 business days for USPS Priority Mail. 3-5 business days for Express Mail.
Delivery window for reorderable items: Order processing 1-3 business days - Delivery time frame: 7-10 business days (unless otherwise specified) - Shipping time frame: 5-7days.
Therefore total time from order date to arrival is approximately 21days for Special orders, unless otherwise specified for the item.
Return Policy: Clearance Items are Final Sale. Refunds for Regular and Sale priced items are valid within 14 days.
Request Return Authorization Form must be filled and attached with the returned items.
Items must be in unworn condition with tags intact.
